Use your Tracklified account to find and organize your receipts in ChatGPT.
- "What did that Amazon charge actually buy?"
- "Find every receipt with batteries on it."

Connect your account
- Open Tracklified in ChatGPT and choose to connect your account.
- Sign in to Tracklified. New here? Choose the sign-up option and complete account verification. You can also create an account on the Tracklified website.
- Review the permissions and approve the connection. If you created your account separately on the website, return to ChatGPT and start the connection again.
Use the same Tracklified account that holds your receipts. Creating an account alone does not connect it to ChatGPT; you still need to approve access.
Trouble connecting?
If ChatGPT says it cannot connect, or asks you to reconnect:
- Open your Tracklified dashboard. Sign in with the account you want to connect and complete any verification steps.
- Wait for the dashboard to load. This also finishes setting up a new Tracklified account.
- Return to ChatGPT and connect Tracklified again using that same account. Review and approve the permissions when prompted.
If the problem continues, contact support@tracklified.com with the error message and when it happened. Never send your password or authorization tokens.
Connected, but no receipts?
A new account starts empty. Upload a receipt in Tracklified, then ask ChatGPT to find it. If you already have receipts, check that you connected the same account you use on the website.
Access and privacy
ChatGPT can search your saved receipts and line items, retrieve receipt details and images, and summarize spending. The current workspace also lets you upload receipts, edit receipt details and labels, approve receipts, and export them. Review the permissions before connecting. Older read-only connections keep their original access until you reconnect with the workspace permissions.
- Access is limited to the Tracklified account you connect.
- ChatGPT never receives your Tracklified password.
- Receipt details and images you request are shared with OpenAI. OpenAI's terms and privacy policy govern its handling of that information.
Disconnect
Remove the connection in ChatGPT settings to stop using it. To revoke the authorization on Tracklified's side, email support@tracklified.com. Revocation prevents future access; it does not erase information already returned to OpenAI.
