Troubleshooting
Editing a receipt when AI got it wrong
Click into edit mode and fix the core fields, line items, labels, or HSA flags.
Handling duplicates
The web uploader blocks byte-identical duplicates. Likely duplicates get auto-grouped, and you can ungroup them.
Missing line items
If your receipt imported with only a total and no individual items, here's why and what to do.
