Millions of US businesses run their checkout on Square. Square remembers the email attached to your payment card: enter it once, and every Square seller you pay with that card emails the receipt automatically — no prompt, no typing.
Use your Tracklified address, and those receipts start filing themselves.
Set it up (once per card)
- Copy your
@tracklified.comaddress from the Integrations page. - Pay at any Square checkout.
- When the screen asks how you want your receipt, choose Email and enter your Tracklified address.
Done. Square links the address to your card. From then on, paying with that card at any Square seller sends the receipt straight to Tracklified.
Good to know
- Each card links separately. Repeat the one-time entry for every card you use.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay count as their own cards. A tap from your phone or watch isn't the same card as the plastic — enter your address once with each way you pay.
- Already gave Square your personal email? Open any Square receipt, scroll to the footer, and choose Manage Preferences to unlink it. Then enter your Tracklified address at your next Square checkout.
- You stay in control. The card-to-email link lives with Square, not Tracklified. The footer of any Square receipt has Manage Preferences to change or turn off automatic receipts, and Not your receipt? if something looks wrong.
- Not every seller prompts. Some Square sellers skip the receipt screen. Ask for an email receipt.
Works the same way anywhere your Tracklified address goes — see Your Tracklified email address for the full list.
