The receipts page has a search bar at the top. Type any term that might appear on a receipt and Tracklified looks for it across a broad set of fields.
What search looks at
Search is keyword-based. It matches across:
- Merchant name
- Line items (descriptions and categories)
- Labels
- Totals (approximate numeric matching)
- Receipt numbers / order IDs when present
- Medical fields (provider, patient, service type) on receipts that have them
- Source keywords like
email, gmail, drive, photos, extension, orscan— useful for finding receipts from a particular source
Examples:
coffee— Starbucks, Blue Bottle, any line item mentioning coffeeamazon— all Amazon orders15.99— receipts where that amount appearsgmail— receipts imported from Gmail
Filters vs search
For structured filtering, use the filter controls on the receipts page:
- Status chips (All / Needs Review / Reviewed)
- Category dropdown
- Label dropdown
Combine filters and search together. A label filter plus a merchant search works the way you'd expect.
Dedicated pages for date-based views
The receipts page itself doesn't expose a date-range picker today. For date-bounded views, use:
- HSA/FSA (/dashboard/hsa) — year-based filter
- Tax Deductions (/dashboard/tax) — year-based filter
- Calendar view on the receipts page — one-month window
